    piston retracting 13 blocks with tile entity at the end with MBE enabled shouldn't create ghost blocks.

I think that is because your client is vanilla and thinks the blocks could be retracted

well its the assumption that clients make that you can't pull these blocks. While that could be fixed by sending chunk data to the vanilla clients, I think its unnecessary.
