Carpet bots are unable to drive boats through the `/player` command, despite being able to drive minecarts on rails and ride horses

To reproduce

  1. Summon a bot and make it ride a boat
  2. /player Bot move forward
    → ❌ Notice it doesn't move

Can you try reproducing this but making the fake player ride a tamed horse instead?

boats are little more complicated than horses. should be fixable.
