As of Carpet mod 1.4.40 and Minecraft 1.17, if you run the /tick warp command to interrupt a warp when there is no /tick warp going on, it prints the following:

... Time warp completed with 0 tps, or Infinity mspt
Warp interrupted

Instead of the above, I suggest that when you run /tick warp command to interrupt a warp when there is no /tick warp going on, it prints an error message saying that you can't interrupt a /tick warp because no tick warp is in progress.
