im having the same issue
mods i use:
Carpet
Fabric API (duh)
FerriteCore
Gravity API
Immersive Portals
Indium
Iris
JEI
Mod Menu
Pehkui
Sodium

Looking at the mixins it might be either compatiblity issue of creeper spores with lithium, or carpet. The error doesn't happen in carpet, but in creeper spores mixin - I would check that first

I have this error too. I attached my screenshot, log and crash report if it helps.
Edit - I realize it is mentioning Industrial Revolution. However, when debugging, I noticed Carpet is conflicting with it and numerous other mods.

Note - this issue is common among multiple mods. May be a Fabric issue, rather than an issue with the mods.

After some debugging, I found my issue. CF synced the wrong version of the mod. Not sure about this other guy. Try reinstalling the mod.
