How does the config need to get formatted?

Specifically "list": [] I need to know since I can pick up Sandwich Tables from Sandwichable and I can't grab sandwiches since they also require shift + right-click.

The config is a json, so

"list":[
   "blockid"
]

You can see the blockid ingame using F3+H
