I play on the Valhelsia enhanced vanilla modpack. I pick up the Filler block from QuarryPlus mod and the block are stuck in my hand. I can literally place it infinitely, I can die without it disappearing. My survival is therefore blocked for the moment because I can no longer do anythin

I just had the same issue with filler from quarry plus.
typing '/carrierdelete' into the console solves the issue!
