When creating a new world or loading an old one there is a ~30 seconds delay in response to the mouse clicks. I'm playing with 200 other mods but after removing carrier everything is back to normal.

Can you reproduce this with just Carrier? And could you record a video of the issue?

Sorry, I wasn't quite active but I'm back and I still have this issue. I will record a video tomorrow.
