RFTools screens should not be carried by players, as it conflicts with the screen interface.

This issue was fixed in previous versions, however, RFTools changed the item ids of the screens, which broke the compatibility once again.

The new item ids are as follows:

• rftools:screen
• rftools:creative_screen (for the creative version, as the name states)
