Expected Behavior

The chest does not get placed when placed in a protected spawn area and instead returns to my arms

Actual Behavior

The chest disappears and now I have infinite Slowness that is persistent even after /effect clear, pickup up and placing down a different chest, milk drinking and even server restart.

Steps to Reproduce

0. Be on 1.16.x, be deopped and have the spawn build protection on in your minecraft server settings
1. Grab a chest
2. Place somewhere around spawn
3. Suffer.

Version of Minecraft, Carry On, Forge

Minecraft 1.16.5
carryon-1.16.5-1.15.3.13.jar (1.15.3.13)
Forge: forge-1.16.5-36.1.0-server.jar

/carryon clear fixes it, but it's not a good fix considering it is an admin command.
