Expected Behavior

The block cant be picked up, or attempting to pick it up picks up the entire structure.

Actual Behavior

The block can be picked up, despite it being a part of a multiblock structure.

Steps to Reproduce

Download the mod mana and artifice alongside carry on.
Locate a mana and artifice manaweaver cache (for example /locate mna:caches/largearcane). Its a pillar structure. Pick up the block above its base, f3 should show "mna:filler_block".
