Conflict with MC Dungeons Weapons Mod (?)

Expected Behavior
On MMC4, either Carry On or MCDW works but not both of these mods together. I'm not very good at reading crash reports but I've narrowed the mods to those 2 above.
Actual Behavior
Steps to Reproduce
- Download related mods (MCDW & dependencies)
- Launch MMC4
- Join World
- CTD & Crash Report
Version of Minecraft, Carry On, Forge/Fabric
1.20.1, 2.1.2.7, 47.3.3
