Tile Entities overwrite blocks from chisels n bits and little tiles

Expected Behavior
Bits and tiles should not be deleted when attempting to place a tile entity on them aka it should treat them like a normal block/tile entity.
Actual Behavior
The bits/tiles get deleted
Steps to Reproduce
- Place down some bits from chisels and bits or tiles from little tiles
- Carry a chest with carry on
- Right click the bits/tiles
- Watch the chest be where the bits/tiles were
