This simple mod fixes a Cataclysm structure bug, split from Opotato , requested by aarter180 here.
The bug occurs because the Separation of Ruined Citadel is set to -1, which is outside of range 0 ~ 4096, this mod re-sets it to 10.
It also allows you to tweak the generation settings (spacing & separation) of all the structures in Cataclysm.
