[Bug] Breaking double slab only drops one slab

Error Behaviour
Place two slabs of the same kind in a single blockspace, and break them. Only one slab will drop.
Expected Behaviour
Two slabs should drop.
Reproduce
- stack two slabs in one block
- break both
