How to get rid of annoying lava and water patches

CaveBiomes generates these annoying lava and water patches:

Is there a way to get rid of them? Setting generateLocalWaterLevels to false doesn't affect these patches.

Those are their own biome. They will be improved in the future

For now, can you add a config option to disable them?
