a way to add modded pickaxes to increase mining rank

a way to make the dimension do daylight cycle and not always night

In addition to the above:

1. an option to randomize the dimension on reset, to prevent exploiting the system. (ie. stopping players from mining a good spot > resetting the dimension> repeating this process)

2. an option to disable Randomite Ore because it is extremely exploitable to obtain late game items.

3. a configurable whitelist/blacklist of things Randomite Ore can drop.
