Right clicking cavemen's backpack puts current item in it, also items dont drop on death

Items from the backpack should be dropped upon Caveman's death.
Also right clicking the backpack immediately moves my current item into the backpack. Right clicking without any item selected wont open his backpack at all.
Also I found this by accident - maybe create an ingame book with tiny details like this and some item details?
