Caverns II Version: 2.3.1

Received a report of players in our pack that they were entering the Caverns dimension in portal A, but exiting from portal B, up to 7,000 blocks away for one player.

I performed the following test:

1. Went to 0, 0 and made Caverns dim portal, didn't light it
2. TP'ed to 1000, 1000 and made Caverns dim portal, lit it and went through
3. Came out of Caverns at 1000, 1000
4. TP'ed back to 0, 0 portal, lit it and went through
5. Entered Caverns at same place as 1000, 1000 portal
6. Exited though portal, was at 1000, 1000

I performed this test multiple times with our pack and again with a fresh download of the Caverns mod on its own and had the same results every time.

We did not have this issue in previous versions of the mod.
