Zirconia does not repair items whose repair material has been changed by Quark's Diamond Repair module

This is a quark issue, the way Mixin they use to handle the repair item being changed for netherite stuff is done incorrectly and only accounts for specifically Anvils (#104) and also specifically prevents additional repair materials like zirconia
