Peepers play the Creeper's primed sound if you move after they have already started to ignite

If a Peeper has started to ignite and has already played it's correct "primed" sound event, stopping and then moving again to make the Peeper pause and then continue exploding will play the "primed" sound event and subtitle for when a Creeper is primed.
