[Suggestion] Make Float Glass and Float Glass Panes drop without Silk Touch like Tinted Glass

Some considerations for this suggestion are that Float Glass uses Amethyst Shards in its crafting recipe like Tinted Glass, and Float Glass is more expensive and not as easily renewable as normal Glass.
