It appears that things like enchanting in the anvil is bugged, and using zirconia doesn't work in the anvil either. Idk if zirconia is supposed to only be used in the bejeweled anvil so idk about that. Also the bejeweled seems to be able to enchant stuff fine. Repairing with normal ingredients in an anvil also works fine.

C&C doesn't change Vanilla Anvils. Some other mod must be causing these issues.

Bejeweled Anvils are able to use enchanted books. Their gimmick is they don't have any XP cost and break after 1 use.

I'll have to find out what it is... also I know that the bejeweled anvils don't use xp.
