Braziers produce fire sounds while unlit

Problem
If a brazier is doused with a water bucket, it will still produce sound like it is burning.
How to reproduce
- Place any variant of the Brazier block.
- Douse it with a water bucket to change it into a unlit state.
- Fire sound is still emitted.
