Is this mod compatible to any mods outside of Team Abnormal (E.G. Friends and Foes/Thermal Expansion etc.)?

In most cases they should run alongside each other, but due to our large amount of mods and heavy workload, we typically only manually support our own mods, but there are many passionate community members who create datapacks and compatibility/integration mods!
