Non-player living entities do not make sounds when hitting things with tuning forks

Steps to reproduce:

Do /summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~ ~ {CanPickUpLoot:true}
give the zombie a tuning fork and let him hit you
it doesn't make a funny sound :(
