The netherite, silver and necromium horse armour are bugged and look were when equipped on horses

I will look further into it, but I've currently disabled almost all my mods and resource packs which could change the horse in any way, and these are what they look like

I've found the root of the issue. The performance mod 'ImmediatelyFast' causes the horse armour to glitch out

Needs more information and images. Works fine in the base mod. Likely caused by resource pack or another mod.
