CC:R does not implement `commands.getBlockInfos`

According to both the old wiki and the new wiki, command computers should have a command titled commands.getBlockInfos.

Minecraft version: 1.19
CC: Restitched version: 1.101.0
Logs: Not applicable
Detailed reproduction steps: Simply place a command computer, open the lua prompt, and try to run commands.getBlockInfos()

Yes it looks like this is an issue for both CC:R and CC:T

It looks like CC:T may not implement this as well, I'm heading over to their source to check.
