Repro steps:

  1. Start playing PCM audio through a noisy pocket computer (this issue likely occurs for other kinds of audio, but is untested)
  2. Walk around with the pocket computer active
  3. The sound emanating from the pocket computer seems to 'lag' behind the player's real position

Expected behavior:
The sound emanating from the pocket computer tracks the player
