Spinning this off from #1168 as I think it's slightly orthogonal. And yes, that's one unwieldy title.

The current off-hand pocket computer UI is very subtle, meaning it's quite easy to not realise you've got it open, and then be confused why your movement keys no longer work.

It would be good if we could make it a bit more obvious, without being actively distracting. OC2 has just draws a white border, which I quite like, though also loathe to copy another mod wholesale.

@Wojbie suggested using the CC border (#1168 (comment)), but I'm not sure how I feel about that. You're not viewing the MC world through the computer screen, so it feels the wrong visual choice to make. I might be wrong though!
