• Some rationale/use case for a feature. My general approach to designing new features is to ask yourself "what issue are we trying to solve" and then "is this the best way to solve this issue?".

Command computers should be able to push and pull items/fluids/energy from "virtual" peripherals, which would basically be endless chests/tanks/energy storages that can be set to produce anything the computer wants. There would need to be variants of the normal push/pull functions that don't need a source and would designate what specifically the computer is pushing/pulling (as well as a push/pull function set for energy), but the ability to create and destroy items/fluids/energy with a command computer without having to work through the vanilla data command would be supremely useful.
