When launching Minecraft 1.21.1 using Neoforge as a modloader with both Create and CC:Tweaked installed, the game crashes on startup with the error

An uncaught parallel processing error has occurred.
		java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/simibubi/create/content/contraptions/BlockMovementChecks$AttachedCheck

Repro:

  1. Create new modpack on CurseForge.
  2. Use Neoforge modloader.
  3. Add Create.
  4. Add CC:Tweaked.
  5. Try and launch Minecraft using this modpack.

Just used CC: Tweaked 1.115.1 from Modrinth and it all works hunky-dorey! Excuse the report. Solved.
