[Question] 1.21.1 Register peripheral provider?

Hi, porting a mod from 1.18.2 to 1.21.1 (1.20.1 port completed), and I had this code on 1.20.1:

I have been using a peripheral provider to get data from the block.

CC version 1.113.1 (since flux networks is only on CurseForge, and you're not uploading to CF anymore), how can I have a way of telling CC for the flux controller block stuff?
