Details

Using create mod (With latest 6.0.x) and cc: tweaked together produces an error that crashes the game on startup.
After testing with numerous other mods and removing cc: tweaked and adding it again, this holds true.

There are other mods in the pack however from testing, only after adding cc: tweaked the error occurs.
I am not sure if the problem is in create or cc: tweaked, but it only occurred after 6.0.x update
