Looking at documentation https://tweaked.cc/module/turtle.html#v:getEquippedLeft that function will be available from 1.116.0 onwards. Your cc version is sadly not yet equipped with it.

Thanks for the report! As Wojbie says, unfortunately this was only added in CC:T 1.116, which has not yet been released.
