Pretty simple. Monitors render their blank screens, but they do not change at all, staying off no matter what you do. I'd really like to keep IP if this is able to be easily fixed. I've tried all the config options for both CC and IP, no such luck.

Thanks for the report! I'm afraid this is a long-standing issue with ImmersivePortals. They rewrite a lot of the chunk-syncing code, which conflicts with CC:T.

There's an existing bug report on the Fabric repo (iPortalTeam/ImmersivePortalsMod#1042), but I'll file one on the NF repo too.
