tried it with both 1.14.2 and 1.14.1 (same loader version, API 0.3.0 pre-build 157a on 1.14.1)

I don't know if CC-Tweaked fabric has implemented monitor clicking yet but this is an issue I have found. I was trying to set up an advanced monitor with Advanced Paint and tried right-clicking the monitors, but it wasn't painting. I used the example program on the CC wiki to see if the monitors were registering touch events at all, and there was no output when right clicking the monitors. I've tested it against many things (lots of mods installed, few mods installed, 1.14.2, 1.14.1, different programs that have clicking monitor support), so I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
