Crash log suspects that Sodium was the likely cause, and/or potentially Oculus. I disabled all of them and returned with this new crash log

I am seeing you have Create 6.0.6 in your modpack, This appears to the same crash as #2115, so should be fixed in CC:T 1.115.1 (check out latest released on https://modrinth.com/mod/cc-tweaked). You are basically on older version, that expects older Create.
