Useful information to include:

• Produced on both CC:Tweaked pr1.12 and Copy Cat
• eg fs.delete shows rom/ but fs.list does not

Some functions show rom/ in their error paths, while others do not
On a Chromebook, so cannot show actual MC, but I have reproduced it there.
