It's not that it's missing, it's that it was never supported. Squid is only one guy and can only support so many versions at a time.

As @fatboychummy, the versions on Modrinth are the only versions available I'm afraid. There was some work on porting to 1.21.4, which you could try building yourself (a939ad8 is the last 1.21.4 commit), but it was never stable enough to release.
