Turtles don't drop broken particles when mined

Useful information to include:
Minecraft v1.14.4CC: Tweaked v1.85.0- Detailed reproduction steps:
- When a turtle is broken the turtle will not have any broken particles drop, instead it just disappears.
- It should drop particles similar to how stone drops stone particles when it is broken.
