This was originally just a note on the 1.15 project, but I'm moving it into an issue to create the false illusion of progress.

Due to Minecraft 1.15's rendering changes, we've had to remove our custom handling of cable/wired modem breaking. This would only render the breaking texture on the part (i.e. cable or modem) you were breaking, rather than the whole block.

While it's not of utmost importance, it would be nice to add back. However, it's not immediately clear the best way to do this - it may require adding additional hooks to Forge.
