Mining Turtles: Cause stack overflow when they encounter exploding arcana ore.

The ore explodes, damaging and possibly killing players when they mine it.
When the turtles mine it, it explodes, destroys the turtles and causes a server crash due to a stack overflow.

Which Minecraft and CC:Tweaked version are you using.
This may be related to #462

Closing for now as I don't have enough information to reproduce or fix the bug. If someone is able to supply logs and a crash report I will happily reopen.
