if i were to invalidate the capability in "invalidateCaps" CC would re-query for the cap, which doesnt exist (as its invalid) and would then save that there is no cap and the modem is disconnected, despite on world reload it existing, solution was to just not invalidate it, but i feel like invalidating it on unload shouldn't cause that
