When looking at the ceiling Torch, Hwyla doesn't say what it is.

I also noticed that if there is a wall next to the ceiling, the torch will place on the wall first even though I right-clicked on the ceiling.

TehNut, the author of Hwyla, said in the issue link below that mods can register a plugin for blocks without an itemstack. Here's the issue link for the provided code!
