Cannot destroy Starlit Factory to be able to move it

I tried using netherite tools, void tools, diamond tools, and I cannot not destroy the Starlit Factory to be able to move it. Could you tell me if I am doing something wrong or is it a bug?

You can actually break it, it takes 10 minutes to break it with iron pickaxe. I just did. Warning, it does not return material. I suggust carry on mod to move it first and then remove the invisible blocks
