[1.16] Dark Icons in JEI

The icons of the filled ceramic buckets are darker than the other ceramic buckets in JEI. Tested in latest version of JEI and 1.16 of the mod.

It looks like a bug in JEI, because the normal DynamicBucketModel has the same behavior. I added a new repo for this bug: https://github.com/cech12/BucketJEITest

Found the cause and added a PR for JEI. Wait for merging.
