Blocks need loot tables

Describe the bug
It occured to me after making the alpha that none of the blocks have loot tables, and those are required in 1.14. As a result, all the blocks will drop nothing
Versions (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft: 1.15.2
- Ceramics: 1.2.0
