Hi
as I tested in a test world I dug a tunnel down and draw arrows with chalk inside it
since you can't place chalk in waterlogged blocks or under water/lava so it makes sense that when I place a water source on top of the tunnel wash away chalks but it doesn't and chalks hold water like a sign
I hope this not intentional since it's not realistic at least for me ;-;
