the glowing chalk is pretty neat, but I don't really want to carry and use glowstone dust just to make my chalk lines glow.

What if you could use glowstone dust to make your piece of chalk glow, so until you've used all of that piece of chalk, everything you mark with it will glow. I think glowing chalk would be worth it more. Alternatively if you don't like that as a default could you make it a config?

I've added glowing chalks in the new new version.
It's a temporary fix until I find a good way to implement this.
