Observed Behavior:

Added tiers above "Ultimate" or Tier 4, do not spawn with affixes or health bars to show the tier. Used commands to test

Expected Behavior:

Higher tier spawns to work just as the original 4 tiers, just much harder

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ran on Bisecthosting server using Dawncraft mod pack
2. Using the champions-ranks.toml, copy and pasted the frame for Tier 4, changing values to increase affix count, tier number, and growth factor.
